How to Match Colors for Automotive Repair Paints
Car paint is different from other paints because cars are expensive and therefore have better functionality. The color matching of sedan repair paint is based on the "spectral color" manufacturing specification card. The color matching can be found from the color card, or according to the coating sample provided by the user. The specific steps are as follows:
(1)精確區分色彩，首先按色板上色，精確在規范光源條件下區分其“色相”、“明度”、“純度”，并依此確認主色，底色以及其他必用的成色和調正“色相”、“明度”、“純度”原色色料。
(2)正確選色料，銨要求需配色彩涂料的尖型、種類及稀釋劑及輔佐料相配套運用準則，選擇功能優良又經濟的原色色料備齊待用。
(3)先調小樣后很多調劑，在無配色設備條件下更應先調小樣，求得色料配比精確度，為很多調制削減糟蹋打下根底根據。
(4)調制步驟及辦法應嚴格本著先主后次，由淺入深順序準則，分配時充沛拌和互溶均勻。
(5)輔佐材料參加，要根據嚴格按份額參加相適應種類，分配時當令適量一并參加互調均勻。特別應指出的是，調色漆是濕狀而樣板色是固態，所以漆色調后色應比樣本構稍淺，不可附近，更不可太深。應比原色略淺，這樣待漆干后就會同樣板色一致，否則會太深。
